Made with the finest quality egg and soy protein, the delicate Soy Crepe is an ideal substitute for nori. Sized equivalent to standard nori, each sheet is sufficient for two sushi rolls. Soy Crepe is also a great choice for a variety of modern and delicious snacks and entrees.

Soy Crepe is ready-to-eat and packaged for retail in stay-fresh, resealable bags. Each bag contains five 7 3/8” by 8 1/4” sheets, one each of sesame, green, yellow, orange and pink.
